To create this I use a variation of the Player Projection Model. But instead of individual players it combines each offensive skill position for each team and treats them as a whole. I then condense it into this simple chart.
This is basically showing, for example, in Week 2 Calgary Quarterbacks are expected to have the most fantasy-point-friendly matchup, conversely Edmonton has the worst matchup.
