This is created using a variation of the player projection model. But instead of individual players it looks at expected performance for each team at each position, and then considers strength/weakness of matchup variables.
This is showing, for example, in Week 6 Ottawa Running Backs are expected to have the most fantasy-point-friendly matchup as Edmonton’s defense is giving up bucket loads to opposing RBs. Winnipeg receivers are expected to have the most difficult matchup ( Hamilton ranked last due to Bye week ).
