This is created using a variation of the player projection model. But instead of individual players it looks at expected performance for each team at each position, and then considers strength/weakness of matchup variables.
This is showing, for example, in Week 10 Montreal QBs are expected to have the most fantasy-point-friendly matchup as Hamilton’s defense gives up the most fantasy points to opposing QBs. BC WRs are expected to have the best matchup as they are scoring the most FPs at that position and go up against a 2nd-worst in the league Edmonton defense.
