This is created using a variation of the player projection model. But instead of individual players it looks at expected performance for each team at each position, and then considers strength/weakness of matchup variables.
This is showing, for example, in Week 13 Ottawa QBs are expected to have a very fantasy-point-friendly matchup as they go up against a BC team giving up the most fantasy points to opposing QBs.
Alternatively, CGY ranks in the bottom third of the league against RBs while Edmonton scores First at that position, so expect the EDM backfield to have a decent day.
