This is created using a variation of the player projection model. But instead of individual players it looks at expected performance for each team at each position, and then considers strength/weakness of matchup variables.
This is showing, for example, in Week 14 Montreal QBs are expected to have a very fantasy-point-friendly matchup as they go up against a BC team giving up the most fantasy points to opposing QBs.
