This is created using a variation of the player projection model. But instead of individual players it looks at expected performance for each team, at each position and considers strength/weakness of matchup variables.
This is showing, for example, in Week 3 Toronto Quarterbacks are expected to have the most fantasy-point-friendly matchup. Ottawa receivers are expected to have the most difficult matchup ( Calgary ranked last due to Bye week ).
