What To Expect?

Want to get an idea of the type of information you’ll find here once the season gets going? Here are some, but not all, of the more popular resources we will feature each week!

Fantasy Point Projections

Of course, one of the most popular resources. I take each player’s current stats, their strength/weakness of matchup, their opponent history against, a few variables from games played, throw it all into a blender with some ugly math formulas and out pops something like the following ( this sample is from Week 20, 2017 ).

Start/Sit Heatmaps

Here we take all the available matchup data we have, we go waaaaaay back to what we learned in University to apply a bunch more ugly math and we come up with strength/weakness of matchups. Then we cram it all into a handy little reference chart. How this reads, for example, in this particular week BC has the best Running Back matchup, so start BC’s backfield. Conversely, Winnipeg has the worst Quarterback matchup, so sit the Bombers pivot in this week ( and their receivers! ).

Fantasy Points For/Against Rankings

No fancy math required for this one, just a simple breakdown and ranking of who is scoring fantasy points at which position, and who is having fantasy points scored against them, by position. Alongside the Heatmap above, very useful for determining your starting roster/bench for the week.
